• Processing time: Orders ship within 1-3 business days.

• Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery usually takes about 2-5 business days after shipping.

• Cost: $5.99 for a single shirt. Free shipping on orders of 2 or more shirts.

• Tracking: You’ll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

• Where I ship: Currently within the United States.

• Sales tax: Calculated at checkout where applicable.

Returns

Your happiness matters to me! If you’re not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact me at joy@whiteboxstudio.studio. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received, I’ll refund the item price (original shipping is non-refundable).

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and I’ll make it right at no cost to you.
