Welcome to White Box Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of whiteboxstudio.studio (the "Site") and your purchases from White Box Studio, LLC ("White Box Studio," “I”, "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Using our site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to submit false or misleading information. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products and descriptions

We work to display our products, colors, and designs as accurately as possible. Because screens and printing vary, colors may look slightly different in person. Each shirt is printed in small batches, so minor variations in print placement or shade can occur and are not considered defects. Sizes are described in the size chart on the Site. We may change, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and an order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we find an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will issue a full refund.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment processors. We do not see or store your full payment card number.

Shipping and returns

Shipping details, delivery estimates, and our return and exchange policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these Terms. Please review it before ordering. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, since we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, text, photographs, and other content on the Site are owned by White Box Studio, LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "White Box Studio" and our logo are our brand names and marks. You may not copy, reproduce, print, sell, or use our designs, content, or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a shirt gives you the right to wear and enjoy it, not to reproduce the design on it.

Any reference to a school, team, or event on our products is for fan expression only. White Box Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, athletic program, or organization.

Accounts and communications

If you create an account or contact us, you agree to provide accurate information. If you sign up for marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. Order and service messages will still be sent as needed. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services, such as Squarespace, payment processors, shipping carriers, and social media platforms. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site or products beyond those that cannot be excluded by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Box Studio, LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you agree to that jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
